The  guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the catacombs. Being a small group made it easy for everyone to hear and ask questions. We also we let into areas not open to general tours which made it even more special. We absolutely loved the tour. 

I loved how enthused Leo was about the catacombs. She brought pictures to display the history and really added a lot to the tour! Merci!

Totally worth the extra money for the private tour. The guide was very informative and patient. I was very impressed with her English!  Highly recommend!!

Our guide Leo was so excited and knowledgable about the catacombs!  We were very engaged in the many stories and history of the catacombs and surrounding area.  The use of photos on the guide's phone really helped to tie everything together.  My only complaint is that Leo arrived about 15 minutes late to the meeting point.  After that, everything moved along well.

Very interesting and fascinating.
Bad thing was that tickets were received less than 24 hrs before the scheduled visit. We were not certain that we actually would receive them.

The Catacombs were great, very interesting. Audio tour is included with all full rate tickets. There is no queue jump. Worth a visit to the catacombs but book on the official website for almost half the price. 

We loved the event itself and that the local service provider was available when I called to tell them about a delay because of the Metro. They were helpful and friendly on the phone.
The experience could be further improved by sending the tickets more than 18 hours in advance. This felt kind of stressful, especially since I went with my teenage son. Guess you know what I mean ;-).

Very interesting and Macabre experience. Though the staff weren't all that friendly or helpful or cheerful come to that. But the Catacombs were very well set up and it was astonishing to see so many dead people's bones on display.

Initial communication does not say our tickets would be sent to what's up app.  I don't keep my notification on.  Downloading your app and view ticket option was not valid tickets.  But, after a phone call to customer service and direction to what's up very easy.  Both Catacoombs of Paris and Seine Boat cruise were easy o ce we figured out how to obtain our tickets and tours were amazing.

The visit to the catacombs of Paris was once again a great experience. The audio guide was very helpful and provided lots of interesting information about the history.

Wir hatten die Tickets vor dem Urlaub online gebucht. Beim Einlass bei den Katakomben hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.  Wir waren super zufrieden! Die Katakomben sind durchaus sehenswert und innen drin ist ausreichend Platz obwohl ich etwas unter Klaustrophobie leide.

We had booked the tickets online before our vacation. Everything went smoothly at the entrance to the catacombs.  We were super happy! The catacombs are well worth seeing and there is enough space inside, although I suffer from claustrophobia.
